Who handles your data

The data we collect

• Account: title, first name, last name, e-mail address, WhatsApp number, preferred language and password (stored encrypted, never readable, even by us).
• Orders: delivery addresses (area, district, address, landmark, recipient and their phone), products ordered, amounts and delivery instructions.
• Payment: for MonCash and NatCash, the number of the paying account and the transaction reference; for bank cards, the cardholder's name, the last 4 digits and the expiry date. The full card number and its security code are never sent to our servers.
• Messages: contact messages, appointment requests and bug reports (with the page and browser used).
• Newsletter: e-mail address and language.
• Cookies and browser storage: see the Cookie settings page.

Why we use it

• Preparing, delivering and tracking your orders, and keeping you informed (e-mails, notifications in your customer area).
• Managing your account and its security (limited login attempts, password reset link valid for one hour, once).
• Answering your messages and appointment requests.
• Sending you the newsletter, only if you asked for it; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Fixing the errors reported and improving the website.

We neither sell nor rent your data.

Who has access

• The Yanka Prime team, each according to their role (orders, catalogue, technical).
• The delivery person: name, phone and delivery address.
• The payment operators: Digicel (MonCash), Natcom (NatCash) and [To be completed: bank or card payment provider].

• The map of the delivery areas (footer) shows OpenStreetMap map tiles: they are only loaded, with your IP address, if you open the map.

How long

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are encrypted, access to data is limited according to the role of each team member, and forms are protected against submissions coming from other websites.

Your rights

• View and correct your information in your customer area (Profile).
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the site's "Unsubscribe" button or the link in each e-mail.
