Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms apply to every order placed on the Yanka Prime website, by an individual or a business. Placing an order means accepting these terms. The seller is presented in the legal notice.

Products and prices

• Prices are shown in gourdes (HTG), excluding TCA. The TCA (10%) and the delivery fee for your area are added at the payment step; the total to pay is shown before you confirm.
• Photos illustrate the products; the options chosen (size, scent…) appear on the order.
• Products are sold while stocks last. If a product is missing after your order, we let you know and refund it.

Ordering

• To order, log in or create an account, add the products to the cart, give the delivery details, then pay.
• An e-mail confirms the order. Its tracking (pending, confirmed, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled) is shown in your customer area.
• Promo codes apply according to the conditions of each code.
• The online order and its electronic acceptance have the value of a contract, in accordance with Haitian law on electronic exchanges.

Payment

• Accepted methods: MonCash (Digicel), NatCash (Natcom) and bank card (Visa, Mastercard).
• Yanka Prime charges no payment fee. Any fees from your mobile operator or your bank remain yours, according to their conditions.
• The order is prepared once the payment is accepted. If it is declined, you can try again from the order.

Delivery

• We deliver in Haiti, to the areas offered when ordering. The fee and estimated time of each area are shown before payment; the time is an estimate.
• The delivery person contacts you on the WhatsApp number given. A landmark helps them find you.
• Check your parcel when you receive it.

Returns and refunds

• For reasons of hygiene and food safety, products are neither taken back nor exchanged for personal convenience.
• A product that is faulty, damaged or does not match your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo, through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• After checking, we replace it or refund it with the payment method used.

Cancellation

You can ask for an order to be cancelled as long as it is not out for delivery, by contacting us. The amount paid is then refunded with the payment method used.

Business customers

Companies and institutions can ask for a quote by booking an appointment. Special conditions, agreed in writing, may then complete these terms.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Haitian law. In case of difficulty, contact us first to find an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Haitian courts.
